Are you someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and can handle most elements of day-to-day work adhering to both state and personalized small business standards?
I have built an amazing loyal client base here in West Seattle and beyond, and I would love Sweet Haven to keep growing. I am bi-coastal and come back into town to see clients about 10 days a month. The current lease at the space is up next August, this gives you time to decide if we are a good fit before renewal. I have two wonderful massage therapists subleasing our front room, and if I can find the right person to join the team, I am happy to renew the lease and continue this current arrangement. In the future I would be interested in shifting/selling the business to the right person who would want to keep Sweet Haven going and growing.
This arrangement is unique in that you will be under the umbrella of Sweet Haven as an employee, adhering to our policies and procedures, while having the freedom to build your own books, and be somewhat independent. My goal would be to pass on some of my regulars and feel comfortable with the level of service you would provide.
This is a small team environment; it would be just the two of us working, with me being back east for part of the month.
Key values are clear communication, support, empathy, and a good sense of humor. I am seeking a highly motivated individual and a self-starter who loves interacting with many different people throughout the day. Social media experience is important! In addition, applicants must:

REQUIREMENTS
WA Esthetician or Cosmetology license
Reliable transportation
MUST have recent experience in Dermaplaning, Facials, Body Sugaring, Lash Lifts and Tinting.
