Hazel Salon & Organics is looking for a new-to-us stylist! We are very busy, so there is an easy to walk into clientele for the right stylist. We are about to celebrate our 16th year in business and have a great online reputation that brings in new clients daily. We offer a stable salon environment with easy to reach growth-based commission, full time front desk support, backbar, supplies, sick pay, health insurance, and more. We have a chill yet professional work environment which has a lot of freedom.
We work with a gender neutral pricing system, as well as organic and ammonia free hair color, and more natural styling products that are better for us, our clients and for the environment. Experience with our products is not required, as switching is simple and training is included.
You MUST have several years of experience, be professional, self-motivated, dependable, a team player, trustworthy, and fun. You should have a passion for your craft. Excellent customer service is our priority and should be yours too. We are currently hiring for a part or full-time stylist, 3-5 days a week, hours are flexible, but some Saturdays are ideal.
