Suite 301 is a co working space, women owned and operated. We currently have a room available to rent.
We are located inside the Harmon Building at the corner of 21st and Pacific Avenue in the heart of Downtown Tacoma, sharing space with UW Tacoma. Close to I-705 and I-5, it’s an ideal spot for your people to access from surrounding cities/locations.
We encourage creatives to join us, and offer freedom of:
-hours (secure building with code after hours)
-decoration inside unit
-modifications (upon approval) to fit your unique needs
Specks/offerings:
-66 square foot space
-sink in room, shelving and adequate space
-Laundry & in Suite/on site with overflow storage area
-small community fridge, microwave & coffee maker
-ADA accessible with elevators
Requirements:
-Copy of licensure if providing services
-Copy of General Business Liability insurance
-$900/month for 1 year contract
-$900 deposit, can be split in 3 month payments on top ofrent
-must be dog friendly, there is a therapy dog in the office part of the week.
