Upon guest arrival, you will check them in for their appointments and provide a general orientation about the spa. Additionally, responsibilities include processing guest payments for services and obtaining payment authorizations as required. When stock of retail items is delivered, you will need to organize them, as well as fold towels, prepare robes, and maintain cleanliness in the spa area.
