Assistant Superintendent Wanted

Looking for experienced Assistant Superintendent. Pioneer Development is an owner/developer/general contractor. Currently PDC is working on a 247-unit hotel project in South Lake Union. Looking for an Assistant Superintendent that has experience in layout, managing labor, managing subcontractors, interior finishes, and mixed use residential construction in the Seattle Area. Currently the project is staffed with a Senior Superintendent, Exterior Superintendent, and a Foreman, as well as, office personnel for project management. Most of the work will be facilitating subcontractors. Flexible pay based on experience, hours are 7am - 3:30pm. Project is slated to complete in June 2025 with another 2 projects in backlog.
