The ideal applicant will understand ground up construction and renovations with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship, as well as possess the following:
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 Years of carpentry experience.
A positive attitude and innovative thinking.
Well organized.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Journey level carpentry skills including, but not limited to, fine finish work, framing, siding, and flashing techniques, window and door installation, cabinet installations, stair building and concrete.
Professionally interact with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Erect scaffolding or ladders for assembling structures above ground level.
Install framing, blocking, doors, windows, subflooring, trim and fixtures in structures undergoing construction.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Also, it is helpful to have knowledge of roofing and drywall for occasional minor repairs.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
