Our company has been in the construction business for over 40 years. We currently are involved in residential new home construction, building residential subdivisions/plats, and commercial construction of individual garages with office space. We are seeking an individual for full time employment that is reliable, personable, and honest. Pay will be salary and we will supply a vehicle for business use.
You would be supervising the construction of: 1) new residential homes, 2) building residential subdivisions/plats and, 3) commercial garages with office space. You will oversee all phases of construction on the projects and work with office management. Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed project timelines.
Supervise site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Manage project bids and budgets.
Prepare and present regular project reports to office management.
Ensure project paperwork is complete and up-to-date.
Resolve any project-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
Must have past working experiences as a superintendent in the construction industry. Need references from past work employment.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong safety compliance.
Efficient computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office, emails, etc.
