Seeking local "Licensed General Contractor" to erect a steel (NO WELDING) 1200sf garage/ workshop.
Would prefer a very local General Contractor with some experience working with steel.
Building is a kit. Comes with instructions.
Pour foundation then erect the building following the instructions. Some rough finish work inside.
An excellent opportunity for a small or independent as this will be a relatively short 2 or 3 man job.
