Gutter Installer Wanted – Join Our Local Team in Marysville!
We're a reputable local gutter company based in Marysville, looking for a hardworking and trustworthy individual to join our growing team.
What We're Looking For:
-Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license
-Dependable, positive attitude, and takes pride in quality work
-Willing to learn if no prior experience (we'll provide paid full training for the right person!)
-Experience in gutter installation or general construction is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
-Weekly pay
-Starting at $20/hour for entry-level/no experience
Experienced candidates:
-Competitive commission-based pay (percentage of each job 55k-85k)
Duties:
-Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and related accessories on residential and commercial properties
-Remove old gutters and prepare surfaces for new installations
-Measure, cut, and assemble gutter sections on-site
-Ensure proper water flow and secure installations (using ladders, sealants, and hardware)
-Assist with loading/unloading materials and maintaining tools/equipment
-Perform occasional repairs and maintenance on existing gutter systems
-Work safely at heights and in various weather conditions
Experience:
-Proven experience in construction site work, including roofing, framing, or siding installation is a plus but not required
-Familiarity with a tape measure and other various power tools.
-Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation in a construction environment
-Knowledge of various construction disciplines is a plus
-Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
-Strong understanding of quality control and customer service
