Semi-Skilled Construction Laborer
$26-$35 per hour DOE
Desired Skills:
General knowledge of wood and/or metal framing
Ability to hang drywall
Tape, mud, and drywall repairs
Finish plumbing – hanging toilets, installing faucets, p trap plumbing, etc
Painting skills
Installation of premade door and frame
Attention to detail
High attention to detail and cautious with finished product – ability to be careful and not cause damaged to new or existing finishes.
Education/Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Pass a driving and criminal background check
Three years of relevant construction experience
Experience in a commercial or industrial work setting
Must have own transportation
Must have basic tools (hand tools, screw gun, drill, etc).
Physical Demands:
Must be physically fit and able to carry/lift 65 lbs
Ability to work outside in high areas
Be comfortable on ladders indoor and outdoors
Ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and sit for extended lengths of time
Ability to work with arms extended overhead
Schedule:
We work 7am-3:30pm Monday – Friday, with a half hour break for lunch.
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
40 hour work week is an expectation.
