Liberty Tax Service in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to join our team for the upcoming 2025 Tax Season!
This position is flexible and may range from full to part-time, with day and evening shifts available. Hourly wages will be supplemented by an end-of-season bonus.
We are seeking a candidate who has experience preparing individual (1040) tax returns. Our ideal candidate would have:
2+ years background in tax preparation
Professional verbal and written communication competence
Tech-savvy knowledge, including how to navigate Windows and MS Office applications such as Word and Excel, and operate basic office equipment like copiers and scanners
Good customer service skills
Detail and accuracy oriented mindset
Bilingual ability (Spanish) is a plus!
A current PTIN, or ability to obtain
Starting pay for this position will be $18.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and/or bilingual status.
