Carpenter needed for Clifton View Homes, a Custom Home Builder in Central Whidbey. We are a Leader in the Built Green Home Building Industry and need a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team in building cutting edge self-sufficient homes. We specialize in Built Green and Zero-Energy homes using Structural insulated panels (SIPs).

SKILLS, RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Duties include, but not limited to framing, trim work, settings doors and windows, rough and finish carpentry
Ability to read and understand construction plans
Ability to operate both hand and power tools
Maintain a safe working environment for all workers and homeowners
Help to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget and with the high-quality workmanship we are known for
EXPERIENCE
2+ years Carpentry
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years Carpentry
Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work at high height levels
Some crane, bobcat and backhoe experience
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation
