Drummin Up BBQ in Coeur d Alene, ID is looking for a part time night shift worker from 10pm-1am 3-5 days a week depending on our catering/food truck schedule.
Duties include
Firing up the smokers
Trimming and seasoning Brisket and Pork
Placing meat in the smokers
Smoker cleaning and maintenance
End of night cleaning and sanitizing
