Caregiver, light cleaning, etc.

I'm a 60 year old male that has worked with seniors and special needs children. I'm also a retired pilot due to medical issues. I'm currently fighting Leukemia. But I'm bored. I want to help other seniors who may need a guy to stop in once a week to help with the little things or needs a ride to the doctor. I own a home in Bayview and would be willing to drive to a neighboring town. I'd be happy to talk to your kids or other family/friends so we are all comfortable with eachother.
