We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company servicing the Pacific Northwest and we're seeking reliable and professional janitorial subcontractors to join our team. We currently service multiple facilities and are looking to partner with subcontractors who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities include:
General office cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal)
Restroom sanitation and restocking supplies
Breakroom/kitchen cleaning
Floor care (sweeping, mopping, spot cleaning carpets, etc.)
Following client-specific cleaning checklists and schedules
Requirements:
Must have your own registered business (LLC or sole proprietorship)
Carry general liability insurance & worker’s compensation (if applicable)
Provide your own equipment and cleaning supplies (unless otherwise arranged)
Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred
Strong communication and reliability are a must
Ability to work evenings, overnights, or weekends as required by accounts
