Develop and maintain integrated schedules.
Create, update, and manage schedules for multiple projects.
Perform critical path analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing project timelines and mitigate risks.
Track and report project progress against the schedule.
Update schedules with actual performance data and identify variances.
Coordinate resource allocation across multiple projects, optimizing utilization and avoiding conflicts.
Work closely with project managers, supervisors, engineers, planners, and operating departments to gather input data for projects and ensure proper planning and execution.
Generate and present detailed reports, including Gantt charts, project updates, etc.
Perform the primary thinking encompassed by this job description.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Perform duties in a manner that protects personal safety as well as the safety of others.
Promptly report Safety, Health or Environmental issues or incidents to management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. degree or equivalent plant experience
Experience with Primavera P6
Safety background
5+ years of experience, preferably in the petro-chemical or power generation industries
Knowledge of computer operations such as SAP and Microsoft applications
Proficient in use of P6 Professional scheduling software.
