Success is measured by the demonstration of the ability to independently lead a nursing center and by meeting all state-specific standards for licensure eligibility. Position HighlightsParticipate in task groups that have multi-site and/or company-wide impact.Develop and execute special projects that add value to the nursing center. Observe or fully contribute in all aspects of leading a nursing center such as family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management meetings, and so forth. Provide center leadership with regular support, feedback and information regarding current nursing center operations and suggestions for improvement.
