Maintenance Engineer

A Maintenance Engineer is responsible in maintaining and repairing the hotel's guest rooms and public areas. Engineers also maintain the equipment that staff members use during each workday.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Perform and Maintain preventive maintenance (PM) program.Ensure all equipment, public areas, and guest rooms are maintained and in a presentable orderEnsure all maintenance tasks are performed in a timely and professional mannerOperate and properly maintain various types of electrical and mechanical equipmentRepairs on split HVAC unitsWork on independent repair/upgrade projects as part of our teamMaintain a clean working shop environmentRespond to emergency calls and repairsRead and interpret instructions, diagrams and drawingsMaintain pool balance and cleanlinessOther duties as assignedSalary: $24.50 - $24.50 per hour
