Project Coordinator

This position will play a key role in our Marketing Department by ensuring key products have ratings & reviews on the website and 3rd Party Retail partner sites. As Project Coordinator you must be able to organize and track all product review requests, enroll products in the review program, and manage the entire process from ordering goods to verification of syndicated reviews on websites.Description: Executing enrollment of products into our product sampling platforms Ordering Free of Charge (FOC) product goods for program with Customer Service. Partnering with Amazon Account Management to ensure adequate inventory exists for product review program. Provide order management support to customer; ensure receipt of FOC goods and resolve any issues. Maintain monthly request file; provide updates to broader teams Verify reviews are syndicating to Kohler.com and other 3rd party websites Utilize portal for insightsQualifications: This person must be able to work well on their own.
