OverviewAs part of the Global Operation Finance team, this position is anchored in Business Finance and plays a crucial role in supporting FUJIFILM Biotechnology’s financial and operational strategy. We areseeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance, support decision-making, and foster collaboration across departments. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with companyobjectives and identifying areas for efficiency and cost savings.

Analyze financial performance,identify trends, and develop actionable insights to support decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and production, to support business goals and drive financial transparency.

Prepare and present financial reports, business cases, and performance analyses to leadership, with a focus on translating data into actionable insights.

Lead initiatives to improve financial systems, tools, and processes, ensuringaccurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Support broader Finance team initiatives tooptimize contract and pricing strategies, especially within CMDO environments, enhancing operational and cost control

Background and Education Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance or Economics

5+ years of experience within Business Finance Partnering, FP&A or Business Controlling

Strong analytical thinking skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Ability to work effectively with multiple functional areas.

The Finance Business Partner will regularly interact with heads of site Finance,working across functional areas like S&OP, Commercial and Global Finance. The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for driving the FDB global budget process and month-end report to leadership.Although this may be a remote posting, the incumbent must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from one of the FDB US locations. The US salary range for this position is $110k to $144k.
