The Windstream team provides innovative software and network solutions to connect people and empower business in a world of infinite possibilities!About the RoleWindstream is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our team. As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates to fill various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.This role is a temporary role that is 100% remote.What you’ll do:

Employ innovative sourcing strategies to engage with potential candidates through various avenues such as referrals, direct outreach, job boards, cold calling, and social media platforms.

Screen applications and conduct interviews.

Deliver outstanding service to both candidates and members of the recruiting team.

Ensure meticulous documentation and records are kept within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Regularly update and maintain recruitment reports.

Do you have:

Experience with outbound passive candidate recruiting and ways to increase applicant flow.

Strong customer relationship skills.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.

The ability to work well both in a team setting and independently.

Even better:

A solid grasp of recruitment processes and strategies.

Organized and keen attention to detail.

Experience managing in high volume recruiting.

Previous experience with Ceridian/Dayforce ATS is a plus.

Ability to speak Spanish and English fluidly is a plus.
