What We’re Looking For:
Prefered but can train installing residential windows, doors, and handling smaller jobs independently.
Knowledge of proper flashing, sealing, and insulation techniques.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean job site
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
