Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53214, United States. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for screening and interviewing job applicants for large-scale projects. Evaluating candidates' abilities, professionalism, and personalities to determine their suitability for the company is an integral part of this role.Responsibilities: Review resumes and job applications to prefilter and shortlist potential candidates Conduct initial phone or video interviews to screen candidates Arrange further interviews with relevant department heads if initial interviews are successful Use various assessment tools to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience Provide important company and job information to candidates, including duties, conditions of employment, and company policies Maintain accurate and current applicant data in our database Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Documentation, Hiring Processes, Conduct Interviews, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams for various tasks. Requirements Possess at least 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter. Familiarity with ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with the 'About Time' software is needed. Strong documentation skills are required. Proven experience with hiring processes. Ability to conduct interviews effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint is necessary. Experience with Microsoft Teams is required.
