Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Property Administrator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Property Administrator, you will be part of a dynamic team, handling tasks related to property investigations, preparing correspondence, providing assistance to residents, and performing financial calculations. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough investigations related to property management, including gathering evidence and interviewing tenants and owners to ensure compliance with program requirements. Draft and prepare correspondence such as notices of denied admission to program applicants, letters notifying residents of potential program ineligibility, and repayment agreements for tenants. Assist residents and other stakeholders in completing necessary paperwork for various processes. Assign applicant and other work files to appropriate staff for efficient workflow management. Perform calculations to determine rent amounts in accordance with property regulations. Process documents such as transfer of contact documents, rent rolls, tenant payments, and portability checks. Maintain regular contact with applicants and tenants with expired leases to ensure lease up and meet funding requirements. Execute standard support tasks including updating tenant information, maintaining forms, and receiving mail. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook for various administrative tasks. Handle insurance documentation and leasing consultancy tasks as required. Conduct interviews and background checks as part of the tenant selection process. Ensure efficient rent collection procedures are in place and adhered to. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook Experience in handling correspondence and documentation Understanding of insurance procedures and policies Prior work experience as a Leasing Consultant Ability to conduct interviews and perform background checks effectively Experience in rent collection and managing tenant relationships Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of property management laws and regulations Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously High level of integrity and professionalism Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
