Pie Inc. is looking for dedicated and experienced Full-Time or Part-Time BARTENDERS & SERVERS/Front of House Team Members to join our team!

Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced, high volume, full-service restaurant - or equivalent experience in another relevant workplace such as high volume retail or counter service
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of communicating effectively with guest and co-workers across all levels
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with the desire and ability to continually learn more
- Mandatory minimum of two shifts per week to be considered for part time positions
- All positions require one weekend shift
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously with minimal stopping, throughout the shift including frequent bending, lifting and stooping
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties
- Provide consistent, genuine, and generous service to all guests, creating personal connections whenever possible
- Guides guests through the menu and overall dining experience, providing thoughtful recommendations of food and beverage items
- Properly course all food and beverage items and ensure satisfaction of each item/course
- Work with other servers, FOH staff, and leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Address any guests needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership
- Observe all safety procedures, including following Pie Inc. protocol for food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Ensure proper payment is collected for reach table or guest
- Complete all closing duties including a financial checkout, closing sidewalk, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership
- Ensure all Pie Inc Steps of Service not listed above are properly executed
Wage: $18-$20 hour (including tip pool)
