ACG Oak Creek Estates, LLC Manufactured Home Community is looking for a reliable maintenance person to complete the following:
Mow Grass in common areas
Read Water Meters and replace meters if needed every 15th of the month
Winterize / Unwinterize RV sites - put up no parking signs/plow sticks in winter
Change locks if needed on homes
May need to empty and light clean a unit if abandoned back to the office
Pick up yard waste at curb and take to the dump
Light Tree trimming if needed
Hang notices to tenants in park
Shut off water if there was a water leak to the home
Smoke Alarm and Fire Hydrant checks every April and October to Renters only
Clean gutters to office
Fill pot holes in Summer
Communicate and Check in with Office Manager Daily
Assist in Sheriff Evictions with Property Manger
-Plowing in winter - optional-can discuss upon interview.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 3:00 PM, No holidays, No weekends unless emergency arrises, which is rare. We are looking for a person to upkeep the grounds of the community. Work truck will be provided along with a maintenace garage. Every tenant owns their own home, no maintennace will be performed on homes as it is the tenants resonsibility. However - we are responsible up to the water meters on the homes and knowledge on this is an added plus. Summer will be more busy than in the winter.
Pay is Salary and is $25,000 a year. Pay dates are every 15th of the month and last day of the month. If interested in plowing, that will be discussed at the interview. Please email your resume.
