Position: Field IT Technician
Overview: We are seeking a mature and responsible individual for a technical contractor role to support our expanding customer base in Wisconsin. This position begins with a weekly visit to one of our client's office in Brookfield, WI, which is equipped with 10 PCs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly office onsite visits to ensure IT systems are functioning properly by interacting with office managers.
Collaborate with our remote helpdesk staff to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, acting as the onsite presence for technical support.
Occasionally assist with onboarding new customers, managing projects, and setting up new sites.
Schedule:
Flexible, typically 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
Onsite visits usually last between 1 to 1.5 hours, assuming no additional IT issues arise.

This role is initially a part-time 1099 contract position,
