The successful candidate will be forward-thinking, with expertise in utilizing technology to streamline operations, enhance financial reporting, and drive team efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Spearhead modernization of accounting processes via innovative technology Identify automation opportunities and implement software enhancements Provide guidance to staff accountants to ensure peak performance Serve as the lead accountant for new business transitionsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
Experience in leveraging technology to improve accounting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, and ability to handle multiple sets of books.
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership, analysis, and problem-solving skills
