Bookkeeper

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in the Professional Services industry, located in Neenah, Wisconsin. This role involves managing full cycle payroll, accounts payable and receivable, sales tax, and invoicing using QuickBooks. Responsibilities: Execute full cycle payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain financial records Process client invoices and handle any related inquiries Utilize QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online for various accounting tasks Manage and file necessary tax documents such as 940, 941s, W-2s Calculate and process sales tax for company transactions Engage in regular client interaction to resolve questions and maintain relationships Oversee garnishments and deductions from payroll Enter invoices into the system for record-keeping and payment processing.Requirements Demonstrated experience in Bookkeeping or a related field within the Professional Services industry Proficiency in using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online Strong knowledge of Full Cycle Payroll and Payroll - Garnishments Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with entering and managing invoices Sound understanding of Sales Tax calculations and regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
