Supply Chain Analyst

The ideal candidate will blend analysis with hands-on execution to help our teams build machines on time. Working with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations, you'll improve forecasts, right-size inventory, and keep production moving—all while minimizing excess and working capital.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain inventory planning models (safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes) based on demand variability, lead times, and service-level goals; translate engineering releases into clean product structures and material plans aligned with sourcing strategy and project milestones.Monitor assembly orders and material availability to keep builds on schedule; flag risks early and drive mitigations through expedites, substitutions, and reallocations.Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing to optimize inventory levels that achieve on-time delivery while minimizing excess and obsolescence; process engineering change notices (ECNs) and allocate materials for post-release part additions.Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across planning, procurement, and material flow to enhance efficiency and inventory turns.
