Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are in search of an Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, this role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. This role encompasses handling customer applications, maintaining customer records, resolving inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts within the finance sector.Responsibilities: Execute accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Maintain and update customer credit records meticulously Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on the account status Ensure accurate data entry related to customer accounts and transactions Manage accounts payable tasks including invoice processing and check runs Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and QuickBooks for various tasks Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of records Apply skills in coding invoices for appropriate categorization Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations within the accounts payable function.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices Strong Data Entry skills Familiarity with Invoice Processing Attention to detail and ability to multitask Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
