Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Racine, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of managing various projects, ensuring the smooth operation of tasks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This role is within a fast-paced work environment that requires a strong ability to multitask and a high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Responsibilities: Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with various functional teams to ensure smooth operation of tasks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, data analysis, and presentation of project progress and results. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, managing resources and coordinating tasks efficiently. Interpret data to generate reports and provide actionable insights for project improvements. Facilitate policy and contract revisions and approvals, ensuring all changes align with project objectives. Represent the company's sustainability efforts in ongoing digitization projects. Oversee the gathering, processing, and reporting of data related to Supplier Diversity, Supplier Due Diligence, Carbon Deforestation, and other Supply Chain related sustainability programs. Ensure effective systems controls are in place to maintain the integrity and security of project data. Requirements Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Demonstrated ability in project management and planning Proven experience in policy development and due diligence practices Strong communication and collaboration skills Competency in reporting and analytics, including metric reporting Familiarity with human resources administration Experience in providing workstation support Knowledge of financial notes and disclosures Ability to conduct contract revisions and manage supply chain logistics Experience in providing training to team members and stakeholders Proficiency in using Tableau for data visualization and analytics Ability to perform duties onsite as required Demonstrated ability to work with video tools for communication and presentations.
