In this role, you will lead and coordinate the development of Service Sales technology solutions to meet business and customer needs. Coordinates with stakeholders to develop / enhance an in-depth understanding of:
Key drivers and needs of the business and customers
Existing processes, identifying potential gaps and improvement opportunities, and helping to establish standard work using LEAN practices
Key performance indicators and metrics of success
The voice of the field and customers
Program management, project management and Agile methodologies to deliver a product within time, financial and customer satisfaction parameters
Develops and maintains:
A clear vision of success and end outcomes that will be achieved by the technology solution
A roadmap for development of key features and functionality, adjusting the priority based on business and customer needs
Plans and documentation on the project, support & maintenance, FAQs, etc.
Coordinates development of the technology solution with a technical development team:
Clearly communicates requirements to the technical development team according to priority, assisting with writing user stories and features where needed
Reviews, obtains user / stakeholder feedback, and communicates feedback to the team during the development process
Provides regular updates to stakeholders:
Clearly and professionally communicates the status of programs, upcoming activities, areas of potential risks / roadblocks / help needed
Helps troubleshoot questions and issues from users
Facilitates solutioning with resources to support technical success of applications:
Conduct regular touchpoints with key stakeholders to resolve ongoing technology solutions.
Triage ad-hoc escalations that require technical expertise.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or comparable education / experience
5+ years’ experience in project management, program management, product management, operations support, or Lean
Strong analytical, procedural and process skills experience
Innovation, planning & documentation – develop new ideas through collaboration, document, plan, market, execute on creative ideas
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Leadership skills to engage cross-functional teams and shape/lead delivery improvements
Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
