Partner with the Sales Team: Support all phases of solution development-from assessing client needs to pricing and crafting detailed Statements of Work.
Design Scalable Solutions: Create proposals that seamlessly integrate tools, technologies, and processes, enabling a replicable framework that can be customized across various client portfolios.
Manage Risks and Quality Assurance: Identify potential risks, such as profitability and delivery timelines, and implement strategies to mitigate them across clients and solution offerings.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with delivery, sales, and data teams to establish dynamic reporting structures that align with the sales pipeline, optimizing communication and transparency.
Provide Consultative Expertise: Engage with prospective clients to design complex, multi-practice solutions that ensure sustained customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Demonstrate Value and Adapt Solutions: Present the value proposition effectively, customizing offerings to align with client needs while preserving the integrity and discipline of our practices.
Requirements:
Sales Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing and selling technical or professional services solutions, including managing pricing and profitability in the human capital sector.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in HRIS, CRM, or ATS systems.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Solution Design Expertise: 2+ years in designing and implementing complex, multi-practice solutions.
Global Exposure: Experience working within a global or matrixed organization.
