All mammographic and/or molecular breast imaging procedures must meet the diagnostic quality standards established by the supervising Radiologist.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved (2 year) school.Preferred/Optional: NoneEXPERIENCEMinimum Required: NonePreferred/Optional: Previous mammography experience preferred.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.Minimum Required: Valid Radiographer licensure in an applicable state. Must be ARRT certified in Radiology. Must obtain Mammography certification within two years’ of employment.
