Business is booming and as we continue to grow, you would be responsible for maintaining brand standards, driving new store growth, and preparing franchisees for growth.You are passionate about business analytic plans, improving current reporting processes, and making proposals of profitable business decisions that are based on data, analytics, and insights. This position supports the stakeholders with analytics and financial statistics, provides input on the design, coordinates efforts across business lines gathering the data for validation and calculation. The Business Analyst has a key role in better data-based decision-making and driving improvements in analytics capabilities across the company.The Business Analyst is a full-time position and will report to the CFO. This is a hybrid position based out of Whitewater, Wisconsin, working 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days at home every week.You will be responsible for supporting Toppers Pizza in the following ways:

Collaborate with business staff to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported by information systems and technology.

Determine how changes to the project will affect the business and systems.

Provide recommendations regarding the evolution of the system.

Respond to inquiries and provide advice to the client regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.

Negotiate plans and timeframes, ensuring that clients understand the anticipated result.

Develop and communicate detailed specifications for implementation.

Produce reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties.

Maintain and ensure proper documentation and coordinates or perform testing of system modifications.

Research and analyze the nature, effect, and results of system difficulties.

Satisfy data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing client databases.

Maintain current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.

Understand data requirements and availability, how it impacts and limits possibilities in analytics.

Act as the coordinator and key contact point between business stakeholders and specialized advanced analytics teams, ensuring that business needs are collected, defined, and prioritized, and that provided analyses fulfill the business needs.

Serve as a key financial planning contact for divisional vice presidents and corporate cost center owners, developing monthly profit & loss forecasts and annual budgets.

Review, understand, and incorporate local business impacts and communicate the consolidated business story to senior leadership.

Identify and maintain forecast processes and models for a rapidly changing business; understands business challenges, proposes and supports solutions.

Partner directly with divisional and corporate leadership to translate financial information to non-financial users and support strategic recommendations.

Review financial results, research variances to forecast and budget, identify exceptions, inconsistencies and actionable opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to support leadership.

Evaluate financial projections to forecast short and long-term operational liquidity needs, making short-term investment decisions and recommending debt issuance, repayment, and restructuring decisions to senior leadership.

Complete ad hoc data analysis, projects, and financial models as needed by the business.

Assist leadership with rollouts of large-scale projects, including the annual budget and target-setting processes.

Identify, develop, and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Analyze working procedures to identify and implement best practices.

Collaborate with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.

Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.

Any other duties as needed

Additional Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy items, sometimes in excess of 15 lbs.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or similar field.

At least 5 -7 years of Business experience, preferably within Finance, Controlling, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
