Red, White & Brew - Experienced Cooks Needed
Red, White & Brew was founded in 2002 in Mesa, Arizona to bring high-quality dining to the community in a warm, casual atmosphere. Our founder, a chef by trade, chose the name Red, White & Brew to highlight the beverages that enhance the fresh, bold flavors in his menu of traditional and new American favorites. As a local restaurant, the community we serve is as important as our food, with "Local Places. Happy Faces." behind everything we do. Position Descriptions:
Experienced saute cook - must have minimum 3 years experience working in a fast paced, high volume scratch kitchen using fresh ingredients.
Experienced grill cook - must have minimum 3 years experience working a high volume grill cooking steaks, burgers and various seafood items.
Enjoy working on a fast paced line along side experienced, driven cooks.
Communicates well during service and is able to give, as well as, take order commands efficiently.
Able to work efficiently using safe food handling practices.
Proficient in food safety preparation as well as proper storage.
Is able to work long hours.
Open/flexible availability (must be able to work weekends).
