Role Summary

You will make outbound calls to warm leads—individuals who have opted in or otherwise engaged with us—introduce our firm, qualify interest, and book appointments for our advisory team. Success in this role looks like consistent activity, thoughtful follow-through, and high appointment-show rates.

Schedule & Location

Part-time, in-office at our Scottsdale location

Work in 2-hour blocks, at least 3 days per week

Outside of those blocks, you will set your schedule within reason to hit activity goals

This is not a remote role

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly: Arizona state minimum wage (W-2) + performance bonus tied to booked and kept appointments

Benefits: 401(k) eligibility per plan rules, telehealth access

Paid training; all calling tools provided

What You’ll Do

Call warm leads using our CRM and approved scripts

Qualify prospects and schedule consultations for advisors

Maintain precise notes, pipeline hygiene, and follow-ups

Meet weekly activity and conversion goals (dials, connects, sets, shows)

Represent our firm with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality

What You Bring

Fluent English, with clear, confident phone presence and strong writing skills

Positive, resilient demeanor; you enjoy structured targets and measurable progress

Strong organization: you can juggle call blocks, follow-ups, and clean CRM notes

Comfortable learning financial-services terminology (we will train)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Offer contingent on successful background check consistent with applicable law

Nice to Have

Prior success in appointment-setting, SDR/BDR work, fundraising, or call-center roles

Familiarity with MAC computers.

Familiarity with Advyzon CRM

Familiarity with other CRMs and calendar tools
