As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Fire Suppression Superintendent to join our field team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-minded superintendent looking for a long-term role in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, schedule and order material for fire sprinkler systems for residential, commercial, TI, and industrial
Collaborate with project management, fab shop, and field teams
Ensure all projects meet local/state building codes and NFPA standards
Conduct site surveys and attend coordination meetings as needed
Be able to read plans and ensure compliance with general contractor specs
Produce detailed materials lists
Qualifications
Must have scheduling, time management and 5 years previous experience as a superintendent
Excellent reading and interpretation of blueprints, specs, and fire codes
Strong communication, Organizational, Time Management and problem-solving skills
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PROCORE
Must pass post-offer drug screen, background check and E-Verify
