Apartment Maintenance Technician – Sun Lakes / Chandler, AZ
$23.00 – $25.00/hr Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech to support a beautiful community in the Sun Lakes / Chandler area (Arizona Ave & Chandler Heights).
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow. We need someone reliable, skilled, and familiar with the multifamily pace.
What You’ll Be Doing
Apartment turns & make-readies
Interior painting with clean cut lines (no sloppy edges)
Basic plumbing & light electrical (switches, outlets, faucets, disposals)
Work orders, unit prep, and day-to-day maintenance tasks
Maintaining a clean, safe property for residents
What You Need
Experience in apartment maintenance (multifamily required)
Strong interior painting skills
Ability to handle turns start to finish
Own basic hand tools
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Must be able to consistently make it to the Sun Lakes / Chandler location
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Possible emergency/on-call rotation (depending on property)
