A thriving grain company located in the southwestern U.S. is seeking a self-motivated Assistant Grain Operations Manager who "takes the bull by the horns".Applicants should possess the following :Ability to motivate and supervise other grain personnel while making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.Grain operations experience is required.Must be flexible and willing to pitch in and do whatever it takes to help the team get through the day.Typical operations include :Unloading rail carsMoving high volumes of feed productsLoadin out trucks to deliver to end usersManaging a team of 10 employeesYou will also assist with the management of maintaining grain quality and the upkeep of storage facilities.
