Immediate opening for full-time Maintenance Technician. 1 year of experience in multi-family residential property maintenance preferred. The ideal candidate would have skills including electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC certification (coolers and A/Cs), pool/spa maintenance, and general maintenance. Excellent benefit package includes bonuses.
EDUCATION - High school diploma/GED equivalent
EXPERIENCE - At least 1 year of multi-family residential property maintenance experience or related experience
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
COMPENSATION - Based on experience, starting salary from $19 per hour plus benefits package
