Key Responsibilities:
Lead all onsite operations for commercial projects ranging from $1M–$2M+
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and daily workflow
Maintain tight schedules and ensure milestones are hit without compromising quality
Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, professional job site
Communicate clearly and work well with project managers, owners, and inspectors
Solve problems quickly and keep the project moving forward
Produce accurate daily reports and documentation
Qualifications:
2+ years of commercial superintendent experience (ground up, TI, or both)
Strong understanding of commercial building systems, codes, and sequencing
Proven ability to manage multiple trades on fast paced sites
Experience with commercial inspections, permitting, and closeout processes
Ability to read and interpret commercial plans and specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with digital reporting and project management tools
Skilled trades background or hands on construction experience is a plus
OSHA 30
Requirements
Must pass a drug test (includes all drugs, including marijuana)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple moving parts
Professional demeanor with clients, subcontractors, and coworkers
