We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized On-Site Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee an apartment renovation project. In this role, you will coordinate and work all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site supervision will drive project success while maintaining safety and compliance at all times.

This is a unique role in that you will be coordinating apartment renovations while training workers and tradespeople. You will be in charge of inventory, deliveries, supply chain management, scheduling and overseeing all work.

This job is at one site- near downtown Tucson- no traveling. You must have both strong organizational/logistical skills and trade skills. We do all work in-house.

Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of our apartment renovations, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters.

Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software, coordinating all activities from start to finish.

Oversee daily construction site operations, supervising onsite teams to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to blueprints and schematics.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety protocols (OSHA compliance), and progress against project milestones.

Review construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints; interpret technical documents accurately for effective implementation.

Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and contractual obligations related to construction management and safety standards.

Facilitate communication among stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

Extensive experience in construction management with a proven track record of supervising projects.

Skilled in project scheduling techniques with the ability to adapt plans dynamically as project needs evolve.

Deep knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control processes.

Hands-on construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with OSHA safety standards and protocols.

Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a safe work environment.

Experience in full kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Experience in all trades- cabinetry placement and installation, finish framing, door hanging, drywall, bathtub to shower conversions, plumbing including drain relocation, light electrical, and flooring.

This position requires a drug screen and background check.
