Responsibilities:
Oversee all subcontractor personnel to ensure timely project completion with high-quality workmanship that meets the original plans and specifications.
Ensures job site safety by promoting safe work practices and promptly addressing any hazards.
Maintain project schedules, identifies and solves problems with Project Management
Complete daily Smart Use reports including daily updates, schedule delays, and photographs.
Contributes to building a positive team spirit
Assist in the training of any field personnel working on a project that works under you
Qualifications:
Self-starting, highly motivated and goal oriented individual
Exceptional attention to detail with an emphasis placed on quality
Highly organized with a systematic approach.
Problem solver
Construction Management experience a plus
Requirements:
2 years min of experience in Field of Commercial
Experience in running a tenant improvement project
Valid drivers license with clean history.
Ability to travel out of town if needed
Schedule would be Thursday-Monday Nights start time is 5PM on site
