Accounting person needed for a construction company.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule: Part-Time. Flexible Hours. 25-30 Hours per week.
Duties:
1. Handle AP/AR and bookkeeping.
2. Maintain employee records.
3. Collect payments and process invoices.
4. Bank reconciliations.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year experience doing accounting in a construction company.
2. Computer savvy.
3. Strong organizational and management skills.
4. Experience with AP/AR.
5. Experience working with subcontractors.
6. Proficient with QuickBooks, Excel sheets, Reports, & Workers comp.
7. Bilingual in Hebrew, preferred.
Compensation: $25 per hour.
