After Hours Finance person needed for a construction company.
Location: Mission Hills, CA
Schedule: Sunday: 9:30AM-6:30PM, Monday-Thursday, 3:30PM-9:30PM or 4:00PM/10:00PM
Duties:
1. Manage cash flow and billing.
2. Will oversee job costs and progress payments as well as day-to-day financial responsibilities for construction projects.
3. Report financial data.
4. Money collection.
5. Lender account management and oversee new lenders.
6. Oversee credit applications processing.
7. Resolve and respond to the lender’s complaints.
Requirements:
1. Experience doing finance for a construction company, preferred.
2. Computer savvy. Experience with QuickBase (CRM), preferred.
3. Experience in budgeting and management.
4. Experience in opening accounts with new finance lenders, preferred.
5. Ability to gather and organize all necessary documents for finance applications.
6. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop version, preferred.
7. Comfortable collaborating with Sales reps.
8. Proven availability to coordinate with production and help meet weekly funding goals.
9. Experience with construction lenders, preferred. (Goodleap/Aqua/Service/Mosaic/Secure/Unsecure).
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour.
