Finance Manager person needed for a construction company.
Location: Encino, CA
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00AM-6:00PM + Friday, 9:00AM-3:00PM
Duties:
1. Manage cash flow and billing.
2. Will oversee job costs and progress payments as well as day-to-day financial responsibilities for construction projects.
3. Report financial data.
4. Money collection.
5. Lender account management and oversee new lenders.
6. Oversee credit applications processing.
7. Resolve and respond to the lender’s complaints.
Requirements:
1. Experience doing finance/customer service for a construction company.
2. Experience with construction lenders with a track record of handling at least 5 well known-lenders. (Goodleap/Aqua/Service/Flys).
3. Experience in budgeting and management.
4. Experience in opening accounts with new finance lenders.
5. Ability to gather and organize all necessary documents for finance applications.
6. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop version, preferred.
7. Comfortable collaborating with Sales reps.
8. Proven availability to coordinate with production and help meet weekly funding goals.
9. Computer savvy.
Compensation: $8,000 per month.
