Currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians who are looking for a new opportunity in the Apartment Industry in the San Fernando Valley. Schedules vary from Full-time, Part-time, Temp, and Temp-to-hire.
Maintenance Technician Rate: ($22-23) Based on experience
Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents and completing maintenance requests. Minimal appliance repairs such as fixing doors and hinges, changing showerheads, replacing light fixtures, patching drywall, carpet/flooring removal, ceiling fans, and etc Experience with Hotels and Construction are welcomed to apply with similar experience.
