About the Role
Structure Shine Solutions is hiring a skilled Post-Construction Cleaning Crew for a 50-unit newly built condo project. This position requires detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in creating a move-in-ready final product.
You will work on all phases of post-construction cleaning, including rough, final, and touch-up cleaning inside residential units.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members who can operate in fast-paced environments and meet construction timelines.
Responsibilities
Rough Clean
Remove construction debris, trash, and plastics
Sweep, vacuum, and remove thick construction dust
Remove stickers, labels, and protective coverings
Final Clean
Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, drawers
Wipe down walls, doors, trim, baseboards
Clean mirrors, windows (interior), tracks, and fixtures
Polish stainless steel & appliances
Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors
Touch-Up / Punch-List Clean
Address resettled dust
Remove fingerprints, smudges, and light debris
Final polish before handover to developer
General
Follow OSHA-safe cleaning practices
Work around multiple contractors and trades safely
Complete tasks by deadlines set by site supervisor
Communicate progress and issues to the team lead
Qualifications
Experience in post-construction or deep cleaning preferred
Ability to lift 25–40 lbs
Able to stand for long periods
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable transportation to the job site
Must follow safety guidelines and wear PPE
